I’m Ashleigh, a classically trained baker and aspiring baking book author. Though I received my formal training in 2015 from the International Culinary Center (formerly named French Culinary Institute), my love of baking has been life-long. From following my mother’s lead as a child to venturing into my own creations at 14, I’ve always found the kitchen to be a very therapeutic and comforting place.
My goal with My Sweetheart Kitchen is to guide you through any number of baking projects you’re looking to tackle. Whether you’re a total beginner or have been baking for years, if you’re super into kitchen gadgets or only have a bowl, a whisk, and a spoon to work with, I’m here to help make baking fun and achievable.
